About You:

A man of value, quirky humor and questionable music taste.  Ben has lived the majority of his life moving back and forth between busy Hong Kong and boring Devon.  After finishing his degree at Exeter University, Ben decided to move back to Hong Kong to pursue his dream of becoming a professional rugby player.  After 8 months of bartending and playing for local club Valley, Ben achieved his dream and debuted for the Hong Kong National team against Japan, in Japan.  Ever since, he has been enrolled in the Elite Rugby Program, training full-time. 

After 2 years of playing professionally, he has decided to push himself and further his life after rugby, fitness.

Ben’s aim in the gym is to primarily make you feel comfortable and proud to be in the skin you’re in. Whether it’s to brag to your mates about the drop in jean size, the 100kg bench press, the new vein which appeared from nowhere or just that random compliment you get from the rude but honest co-worker.
