Originally from New Zealand, I’ve been playing semi-professional rugby overseas for 7 years and have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years.

Training Philosophy:

For every client to maximise their potential.  Whether that be having the ability to run around freely with their children, Deadlifting twice their body weight or shaving time off their 40m sprint.  My goal is to have all clients mobile and moving pain free, allowing them to enjoy life to the fullest.

Career High:

There is nothing more satisfying than achieving client goals. Once particular client joked about weighing half what she did when she started training with me. 121kgs to 60kgs in 2 years, her “joke” became her reality!

Something Strange:

I once owned 2 pet prawns, Nippy and Shrimpy. Nippy got a little hungry one day and ate Shrimpy.  Nippy died the following day from what I can only imagine was overeating.
