I have to give a big thanks to Joint Dynamics in particular its physiotherapy service. My legs were injured quite seriously due to incorrect running posture. Luckily, my legs recovered much faster after the treatment by Toni at Joint Dynamics. She is really professional and experienced!

Congratulations to the grand opening of Joint Dynamics in the new place! I have been with Joint Dynamics for more than 2 years. The experience is really amazing. With the training by Alex, I am able to run a half marathon in about one year's time. It is unbelievable as I was never a runner before. I trust Joint Dynamics can continue to support my next target to run a full marathon. If you believe you can, you can!

I have only been training with Bobbie for three weeks, but to say she has made a big impact on my life is an understatement. At 49, I needed some one to motivate me, make it interesting, have a bit of fun and importantly; to understand I wasn't 25 anymore! Bobbie has the most impressive understanding of the human body, encyclopedic. This means I get pushed, but within my safe limits, whilst managing and rehabilitating my past injuries. I have lost body fat, gained muscle tone, regulated my eating and managed to enjoy the process. Thanks to this peanut loving, fitness nut! Can't recommend Bobbie enough.

I have been lucky enough to train with Andrew for over 5 years. He is a consummate professional - passionate, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely committed to his clients' training and general wellbeing. He motivates and pushes me quite hard which is what I want and he provides specific goal-oriented training which never becomes repetitive. Andrew balances a serious professional approach with constant energy, enthusiasm and humour. I have also trained with Alex and George who bring the same high standards to each session. I highly recommend Andrew and the JD team. They are the real deal!

I met Andrew nearly 7 years ago - we started training as I had broken my leg as a child and had ended up injured each time I tried to ski - I wanted to give it once last shot with balance training, injury adjustment. We got on very well from our first session, he has an excellent sense of humour and is clearly an expert in his field with huge knowledge from mobility and strength to nutrition and sleep. I have enjoyed an injury free (touch wood) love of skiing ever since and Andrew opened the door to me to the joy of exercising. I am 12 kg lighter, significantly fitter, stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life having had dedicated, thoughtful and enjoyable training ever since. Andrew's energy, expertise and jocular attitude make training a real pleasure meaning that it is sustainable over the long term. Andrew has put a smile on my face, a skip in my step and likely years on my life. He is a legend.

Equally entertaining and informative, Andrew Cox is a professional who provides a research and experience based health program for athletes and parents alike. After having Andrew speak with our families recently, we immediately decided that experiencing this program is an annual necessity for our high performance athletes.

Andrew has an incredible gift. He uses his energy, drive, passion and dedication to raise a room, lift people up and inspire them. His keynote presentation gave us great insight into managing energy, not time. He taught us how to focus on ourselves rather then something that is out of control (ie: time). Very rarely do you come across a keynote who is not only a talented orator, but has a deep knowledge of his topic and can bring it to life in a highly entertaining and engaging way. We only wish it was 3 hours and not 45 minutes!

I have worked with Andrew for a couple of years. I needed a high impact presenter that would energise an audience and someone who could mix solid facts with motivational and humorous stories. Andrew provides all of that and more. His enthusiasm is infectious, and the way that he delivers the message ensures that ideas are translated into new and beneficial healthy behaviours. Whether the focus is health, exercise or energy in the workplace, Andrew delivers.

No mattered how tired or stressed I am, I leave my weekly training feeling energised, heard and calmer. I love that the atmosphere of JD is welcoming, approachable, & not intimidating like some gyms, I feel comfortable! They care about overall wellness & fundamentals, none of that no pain no gain pushy stuff (at least not for me).
The staff are always polite and friendly and very welcoming. I appreciate the range of expertise of staff as I have injuries that challenge me with regard to training, it's comforting knowing my Physio will communicate to my trainer, giving me the most benefits physically, which helps me mentally! This helps support my goals of achieving strength, wellness & confidence. Thanks JD.

Andrew Cox first trained my husband and son and after much persuasion from them, I took the first steps in transforming my body and mind. Having avoided regular exercise for most of my life, it has been a real revelation to find that I enjoy it. This is due to the genuine encouragement and support from Andrew.
We encouraged our other two sons to also train with Andrew not only for the health benefit but also as a way for them to learn proper technique. We saw this as an investment in their future since solid foundations create good habits.
What sets Joint Dynamics apart from others is their holistic approach to working with clients. By engaging with our trainer, physiotherapist and massage therapist, we have developed a strong sense of how our body works and therefore make better choices for our future. It is not unusual to see us train as a family even on holidays. Our sons are open-minded and make positive choices in how they treat their bodies and health. As parents, this is our gift to them.

I've had many trainers over the years and none have understood the human body (and mind) better than Andrew. As someone with sports injuries of the knees and shoulders, Andrew has worked with me to intelligently, strengthening the core support for those joints so that I can achieve my goals. His knowledge, approach and good nature make him one the best trainers out there.

I've been training with Andrew for almost 8 years now. Something must be bringing me back! He's an expert, but is continually learning new things and adding skills. He makes each session fun, challenging and highly personalised. He is also full of good advice on nutrition and general health and wellness.

Andrew is the most impressive trainer I have come across. His approach is unique and different to any trainers I have worked with. He looks more holistically at how your body moves and immediately finds the right exercises that get you moving in the way you should. He also casually drops in some fantastic nutritional and general nuggets of wisdom, which have got me thinking and onto a path for a healthy all-round lifestyle.

I just had my first stretch session with Kevin Choi yesterday. Amazing feeling of just being soooo relaxed and “easier” to move. Thanks Kevin – you rock!

I was recommended by a friend to see “the man with the magic hand” when I commented on my chronic neck and back pain. Tobias lives up to that, and more. He knows exactly where my trigger points are, and has been instrumental in helping me manage my pain.
Besides being the best therapist I know (and I know many), Tobias is also a wonderful guy with a quick smile, and a great personality.
My weekly session with him is the highlight of my week. I never cancel my session, despite my heavy work and family commitment. Even when I need to travel, I will try to find an alternative time slot as seeing Tobias has become a necessity, not a luxury for me.

Having been practising endurance sports at a high level for the past 10 years, I know from first hand experience how important having a sports massage on a regular basis is to avoid injuries and be able to perform at my best. Shortly after arriving in Hong Kong, I was fortunate enough to find Tobias Lee. Tobias has been instrumental in my preparation for several ironman events and most recently, the 100km off road Trailwalker ultra marathon.
Right from the beginning, Tobias ‘understood’ my body perfectly and has been able to prevent any niggles turning into serious injuries, despite me training 15hrs per week or more. I can not recommend Tobias highly enough to any fellow endurance athlete or anyone else who is conscious about his body.

I have had a sacroiliac joint pain since my first pregnancy three years ago and I never had the time to treat it properly. It got worse towards the beginning of my second pregnancy. It was especially sensitive when lying in bed. I tried chiropractic and classic physiotherapy, using ultra-sound and heat packs, but the scope of their actions is limited by the pregnancy, and none proved to be successful. I was introduced to Tobias Lee when I was 4 months pregnant and deeply in pain. He knew immediately how to treat the pain without affecting the pregnancy.
The back pain has not improved overall, but the treatment gave me some relief for a couple of days after each session so that the pain was manageable throughout the pregnancy. The treatment consisted in massage on the affected ares, and some stretching, which particularly helped to relieve the pain.
I would recommend Tobias Lee to anyone in the same situation as me, especially to the ladies suffering of sacroiliac pain during their pregnancy.

“Located in the heart of Hong Kong Island I discovered on my around the world trip an oasis of rest and relaxation. Tobias Lee understands his business. He listens deep inside the body of his patient and understands exactly what it needs. His repertoire compasses a huge variety of manual techniques to perk up the flight stressed back. But not only that, alongside this, one receives totally wicked insider tips and informations about Hong Kong from a very interesting person.

Each time I arrived Tobias took the time to ask me how I had been since our last session, and how I was feeling that day. My Pain differed in severity, location and type on a day to day basis, so this ‘check in’ time was very important to assess how best Tobias could treat me that day.
My treatments were as diverse as my pain: Tobias worked on a variety of techniques to try and lower my pain and get me more mobile. He did deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, solar plexus work, flexibility/stretching and range of motion work. I felt that Tobias and I worked together during my sessions, I had mentioned that relaxation techniques involving focusing on my breathing & visualisation work well for me during massage, and gave me cues and images to which to focus during massage.
Tobias has a wide range of skills and some days I felt as though I was quite a tough client as my symptoms would change from day to day, but Tobias always had a solution to my particular problem area and chose a method of treatment accordingly. I came away from each session feeling a little more positive, in a little less pain and hopeful that Tobias can help me.
I would highly recommend Tobias to anyone in need of some massage therapy.
