Hydrotherapy
Restore movement and relieve pain through guided hydrotherapy.
Why Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is an effective rehabilitation method that harnesses the healing properties of water to aid recovery. For patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain, it offers a gentle, supportive environment that reduces strain on joints and muscles. The buoyancy of water alleviates pressure, allowing for increased mobility and range of motion. Our experienced therapists customise hydrotherapy sessions to meet individual needs, promoting faster healing, pain relief, and overall well-being in a safe, relaxing space.

What To Expect
During a 45-minute hydrotherapy session, patients receive a personalised approach tailored to their goals. The session starts with an assessment and includes passive relaxation techniques where the therapist provides support, along with active exercises using flotation devices to enhance mobility and strength in the pool. During and after, patients often experience reduced pain and swelling, along with improved mobility and strength in a safe, supportive environment.
