Biography

Anna is an Australian-trained physiotherapist with over a decade of experience across public and private settings. Her interest in pelvic health began on obstetrics and gynaecology wards and has grown through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. She is known for creating a safe, respectful environment, taking time to understand what matters to each client and aligning care to their goals. A lifelong learner, Anna completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne and a Master of Public Health. Becoming a mother has further deepened her empathy for the realities of recovery while balancing family life.

Specialities

Anna works extensively in prenatal and postnatal rehabilitation, pelvic pain, incontinence, urgency and prolapse, and postpartum inflammatory breast conditions. She also uses Clinical Pilates and evidence-based exercise as part of her treatment plans.

Information & Qualifications

Anna holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, a Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Public Health from Deakin University. She has undertaken numerous advanced courses in women’s health, including pessary insertion, ultrasound training, and pelvic trauma management. She is registered with the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She speaks English.
