Biography
Charlotte graduated from Brunel University in 2014 and began her career in the NHS before focusing on musculoskeletal and sports injuries at The Royal Free Hospital in London. She has worked with dancers, triathletes, volleyball players and equestrian riders and has a strong personal sporting background, including national-level equestrian eventing and county-level sport. Since moving to Hong Kong she has treated a wide range of presentations in private practice, from sports injuries to ergonomic and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is currently midway through a master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy, aiming to translate her skills across human and animal performance.
Specialities
Charlotte’s interests include lower-limb and shoulder injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and foot and ankle biomechanics. She emphasises strength-based rehabilitation and patient education, helping people become physically and mentally stronger after injury so they can self-manage confidently beyond discharge.
Information & Qualifications
Charlotte holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Brunel University. She has completed DMA Clinical Pilates training, ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage and previously served as club physiotherapist for Mold Rugby Club. Her treatment philosophy is encapsulated by the belief that you cannot go wrong getting strong, supported by careful assessment of root causes and clear coaching.
