About the Camp

Train on the Thailand by UTMB Course

The Chiang Mai Trail Running Camp is a fully immersive five-day experience built around three full days of running on sections of the Thailand by UTMB course, one of Asia’s most prestigious ultra-trail events.

Led by ultrarunning specialist Elliot Froidevaux of the Joint Dynamics coaching team, the camp combines trail technique, pacing, hydration and nutrition workshops, physiotherapy-informed training and the raw beauty of northern Thailand’s mountain trails.

Joint Dynamics has partnered with Thailand Mountain Trails to give runners professionally guided access to sections of the HMONG 50K and ELEPHANT 100K routes. Across three trail days, runners will cover approximately 85km and 4,800mD+, including two nights of accommodation on the course. In partnership with Thailand Mountain Trails
