Biography
Elliot, a lifelong Hong Kong resident and former competitive squash player, transitioned to ultrarunning as a way to complement his training. With deep local roots, he now coaches runners from 5K beginners to ultra athletes, using a process-driven approach that celebrates the journey, not just the finish line.

Information & Qualifications
Elliot is a UESCA-certified Ultrarunning Coach and Sports Endurance Nutrition Coach, specializing in sports psychology. He is also NASM Certified Personal Trainer and FEO Older Adults Trainer.
Elliot is 2x Survivor Hong Kong Four Trail Ultra Challenge (2022, 2026; 298km, 14,500mD+, self-supported), TransScania 246 km finisher (2023; self-supported) and HK100 Grand Samer (2024; 192km multi-day event).
Elliot has coached athletes for top events such as: UTMB (OCC, CCC, TDS, UTMB), UTMB World Series (Doi Inthanon, Eiger Trail, KAT100, TransJeju, Ultra Trail Mogan, Ultra Trail Xiamen, Translantau, etc.) World Trail Majors (HK100, Fuji100, UTCT) Asia Trail Masters (9 Dragons, Lantau 70, Bali Trail Ultra, Vietnam Mountain Marathon) Marathon des Sables Legendary (MDS) Road ultras, 12/24h races and all 6 major marathons.
