Biography

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Geoff has been immersed in sport since childhood, from early football to representing Hong Kong Rugby at national level through U14–U20. He studied Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University and completed an MSc in Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. Geoff brings performance insight together with clinical understanding, having worked in a geriatric clinic focused on chronic disease management and falls prevention while also profiling athletes with VO2 max, lactate threshold and power testing.

Specialities

Geoff works across injury prevention, performance testing and analysis, post-operative rehabilitation and exercise for older adults and chronic conditions. He enjoys helping ultra runners and elite performers optimise training and guiding less active clients to reclaim strength, confidence and independence.

Information & Qualifications

Geoff holds a BSc from Deakin University and an MSc from the University of Sydney. He provides metabolic and cardiovascular risk testing alongside performance profiling. Highlights include helping a 93-year-old patient walk around the block after a fractured pelvis and taking a client’s 1 km time down by a minute. He values consistency and brings approachable, upbeat energy to every session.
