Exercise Physiologist

Biography

Georgia completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Northumbria University in 2020. She works across performance and clinical settings with a particular passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, managing return to running and contact sport, and addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary leakage with impact and postural pain. Georgia has coached novice and elite female athletes in netball, rugby, athletics and hockey, aligning training with the menstrual cycle while managing injury risk and musculoskeletal load.

Specialities

Georgia designs evidence-based exercise rehabilitation for pre and postnatal clients, graded return to impact and sport, and programmes that build strength, fitness and confidence during pregnancy. She emphasises education, technique and load management so progress is challenging yet sustainable.

Information & Qualifications

Georgia holds an MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. She is a qualified pre and postnatal personal trainer, a Level 1 and 2 rugby union coach, GCP trained and UKAD educated. Away from the clinic she enjoys rugby, Muay Thai, long walks with her two dogs and a well-earned brunch.
