Biography

Hayley is a UK-trained Sports Therapist who has called Hong Kong home since 2018. A 2010 graduate of the University of Bedfordshire, she has worked across the NHS, supported the England Women’s National Football Team and spent over three years at the Hong Kong Sports Institute working with Olympic and Paralympic athletes in triathlon, squash, equestrian and fencing. Alongside elite sport, Hayley has developed a strong interest in women’s health, collaborating closely with women’s health physiotherapists to provide joined-up care. At Joint Dynamics Evolve, she focuses on empowering women through pregnancy, guiding safe return to activity postpartum and addressing common concerns with practical education and progressive rehabilitation.

Specialities

Hayley combines sports therapy with women’s pre and postnatal rehabilitation. Her practice includes preventative strength work, post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, soft tissue and pregnancy or C-section massage, and structured programmes for issues such as diastasis and pelvic girdle pain. She encourages strength training as a cornerstone of long-term health, resilience and community.

Information & Qualifications

Hayley holds a BSc in Sports Therapy from the University of Bedfordshire. Her recent professional development includes NASM pre and postnatal coursework for trainers delivered at Joint Dynamics. She runs a weekly strength class and enjoys hiking and wakesurfing.
