Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Biography
Jasmine holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Musculoskeletal Sport Science and Health from Loughborough University. She has worked with a broad range of patients across the NHS and university sports settings, including leading hydrotherapy sessions and developing Joint Dynamics’ hydrotherapy service. Informed by her own swimming and running injuries, Jasmine focuses on effective, educational care that builds long-term self-management and confident return to activity.
Specialities
Jasmine has a strong interest in shoulder pain, injury and dysfunction, as well as spinal conditions, rib pain and lower-limb biomechanics. She integrates hydrotherapy, sports massage, joint mobilisation and clinical acupuncture into her practice.
Information & Qualifications
Jasmine is registered in both Hong Kong and the UK. She graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Nottingham and completed her master’s degree with Distinction at Loughborough University. She also holds a diploma in sports massage, a certificate in acupuncture and training in pre- and postnatal exercise.
