Biography

Nanette represented South Africa at the U21 Netball World Cup in 2009 and captained Stellenbosch University’s first team in 2011. Years of sport at provincial and national level shaped her respect for recovery and overall wellbeing. After more than a decade of teaching, she transitioned full time into sports massage, where she enjoys relieving pain, restoring function and supporting athletes and active clients with hands-on care.

Specialities

Nanette provides sports massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, cupping and Swedish massage. She works confidently with semi-professional and provincial athletes and supports clients through pre and post-race treatment, pregnancy and breastfeeding-related discomfort and general relaxation to aid recovery.

Information & Qualifications

Nanette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Stellenbosch University. She completed a 150-hour practical Sports Massage Therapy course with FitPro and has since supported events including the Netball World Cup in Cape Town, CrossFit competitions and multiple golf, running and multi-sport days. She values gratitude, careful technique and results clients can feel.
