Biography
Neha was born in the UK and grew up in the United States, where sport and movement were part of daily life from a young age. A turning point came in 2013 when she discovered resistance training, and another in 2018 when motherhood reshaped her priorities around strength, energy and health. Her own transformation led her to become a personal trainer who helps others build confidence and lasting habits. Neha’s coaching blends empathy with clear structure, giving clients the tools and mindset to feel strong for life.
Specialities
Neha focuses on sustainable strength training that fits real life, using programmes that balance challenge and recovery while developing mobility and confidence. She has a particular interest in women’s health and pre and postnatal coaching, and she enjoys supporting runners and HYROX enthusiasts with practical, progressive plans.
Information & Qualifications
Neha holds a BA in Psychology and Pre-Nursing and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is completing a Pre and Postnatal Women’s Coaching certification. Away from the gym she enjoys travel, HYROX events, music, dance, Formula 1 and family life with her two children.
