Our approach at Joint Dynamics

Every runner is unique, so our process begins with detailed assessment and testing. Using video analysis, infrared Optigait technology, VO₂ max and lactate threshold testing, and functional movement screens, we create a full profile of your running mechanics and performance capacity. From there, we build a tailored training plan to optimise your strengths and address weaknesses. Alongside one-to-one coaching, we also run small group classes that combine structured training with the camaraderie of like-minded runners.
